Internal utilities and early product ideas.

Some of the most useful work starts with a small annoyance. parts-crossref tackles finding the right part reference. gather collects material for work with AI. Command Center gives ongoing work a place to be seen. kdp-monitor belongs to the less glamorous side of publishing: keeping track of what is happening after the creative work.

I group these here because a useful tool does not always need a grand product story. The interesting questions are whether it removes a repeated step, preserves information that used to get lost, or makes an unfinished task easier to return to.

The tools are at different stages. A folder, a prototype and a service another person can depend on are different things. I am keeping uncertain ideas out of the featured work until there is enough evidence to describe what they actually do. Sometimes the right outcome is a small internal utility that never needs to become a platform.
