Mapping application in development and use; separate from the Countrytyme website.

An early land plan changes as more becomes known. The mapping workspace needs to let someone explore a possibility without losing the earlier version or confusing a rough idea with a final survey.

Land Planner supports that kind of work: considering boundaries, recording observations, and refining a plan as the project moves forward.

One useful decision has been keeping its job specific. Mapping and rough planning are enough of a problem to solve well; the application does not need to become every system involved in buying and selling land.

The next evidence I want is how well it supports the actual handoff between people and stages of a project.
